MY TRIP TO SELF-DISCIPLINE & MANIFESTATION

This Fall is named after my recent resolution;
‘Taking back my academic and personal life’ since things
can turn out in the way we absolutely want, only if we
stick to our plans.

I had been chasing a career for a whole year and then I
decided to wipe out my priorities plan and jot down the
new, reviewed one, again. This wasn’t an easy procedure
and while I learned that I need strategy at every step, big
or small, I splashed out on the best-looking notebook
since I wanted to visualize my whole plan.

Step 1: Disconnect from work.
It’s not my company or even my team! I am just an
employee, who can stand down whenever I want. It
doesn’t matter how hard I work; more is always the
demand from managers and especially my manager. So
not only do I work exactly my work hours and I am strict
with this but also, I am pretty ready to fall out with my
manager because a new me will rise up.

Step 2: Imagine my life in a year.
Where do I want to be in a year? Where do I want to see
myself? Where do I feel like being, precisely?
So, I wrote down a day in my life in a year ahead, as if it
was now.
By doing this I realized what I desire the most.
It’s way easier to see into my wishes and therefore set my
goals with clarity.

Step 3: Find and rebuild my team.
It was about time to pick out my team. People who stood
up for and could help me out to turn my dream into reality. Of
course, I had to write off people and stand for my new goals 

and far from them I found my team and
my power to say that this time I feel up to it!

Step 4: Build up every skill, day by day -only the skills that
will help me turn out right where I want to be.
So far, I have worked at least one of my skills per day.
Never miss a day without looking and doing something
towards my goals. I know I will fall over a lot of times, and
I am totally ready for it. I will doubt myself 100 times, but
on the 101st, I will come back stronger. Things will fall through

a million times during the journey, but I believe the
sun will rise up for me every single day.
Well, I am set on my new adventure, my journey has
started and I can’t wait to see what will happen. Whatever
the outcome I know there will be a better and more skilled
version of me.

Needless to say, I can’t wait to meet her!
