dp: Endings and  beginnings? 

max: or just an interfaced structure?

dp: It’s the end of an era.. When Witcher season 3 wrapped up,

it left us with a bittersweet taste in our mouth. This is not a review, 

that is not what’s been on my mind. This is not a criticism for the

substitution of Henry Cavil, don’t get me wrong, it stings a lot! 

The Witcher is just a stepping stone for the words stuck in my 

mind to come out. 

How do we cope with change? Big changes, small changes, necessary

or not. Short answer, we don’t, not really. max:When not the

initiator you may just as well become a mere appropriator and not to 

mention easy prey for a predator… Excuse us, some backlash effect, 

due to a scary movie we watched recently. dp: Because   there is 

always backlash, consequences, sometimes evident and sometimes 

hidden, lurking their ugly faces ready to come out at the most 

inappropriate of circumstances. Even when we are the ones initiating 

or softening the ground for change, max: we all too often realize we 

have almost zero control over the actual effects of these changes, 

their shape, form, their duration or magnitude. But, hey! Who cares? 

The value of changes, of moves and movements lies exactly in this 

space of transformation occurring while abandoning the most of our

familiar and comfortable zones. Exactly the same as while in the 

space of growing up, in childhood but in particular while transitioning

from being a kid to a teenager and  young adult soon after. A very

risky business, for quite a few, pretty traumatic as well. 

dp:It's a fact some of us are better than others at facing it, but does 

that mean that it is something innate or are they just better equipped?

I guess it’s a little bit of both, but that also brings to light the fact that

we can actually prepare and equip ourselves. 

As children we pretty much are in a constant state of change. Whether

it’s our environment, our body or our mind. We evolve, we grow, we 

change almost everyday. When does that stop? max: It doesn't. 

At least not for those who refuse to take themselves seriously and 

keep playing games. dp: When do we just cease to allow ourselves 

 max: to prioritize playtime?
