Facing your shadow can be the most effective approach to
freeing yourself once and for all from the emotional prison
of feeling weak, not enough, a failure..
Your shadow often appears during certain phases in your
life, particularly when challenged or seeking purpose and
meaning, the truth in people's actions and thoughts..
Yes, firstly, it creeps in, hides within you while you are
busy dealing with the external complexities of work and
intimate relationships. It can be quite deceiving, since it
manifests as the shadow produced by the others.
However, these projections on to others become all too
obvious when, constantly, you feel crap despite some
considerable achievements and ticks in your bucket list.
What's wrong? You keep wondering.. That is if you press
pause to the critical campaign of others and in a moment
of a complete standstill, you realize that you have lost
track of yourself...
Recognizing, admitting, confessing your fears, no
apologies, no excuses either, can be a powerful turning
point in your life's journey.

Being HONEST. Finding the COURAGE therefore is key to
deprogramming your ego and thus liberating your heart!
Feeling sorry, silly and sad are the rules of this 'soul game'.
Initially at least and for a long time for most of us, this
period involves a lot of pain and frustration. You are being
born again and don't forget you are not a baby any more,
at least body wise! This birth you give yourself can be a
real torture, absolutely hell. Some of us jumped on the
wagon of sex, drugs and rock-n-roll, we lost sleep, we ate
too much, we fell out with people we thought we couldn't
live without, we fell ill..

Been there and survived. I am reborn with shadow in
check survivor! I'll share soon 3 steps I took to maintain
my sanity through this rebirth, and how I moved closer to
my real self and start really thriving, feeling peaceful and
content most of the time. Also, how I am preparing for the
next phase, the after born-myself realm. Yes, it never
